One of our strongest features is the commitment and dedication of the kids to their training and competition. They go 2.5 hours per session (3hrs in summer), and it includes intensive work of dynamic stretching, technical, tactical, and strategic training, coached match play, mental toughness training, game plan and strategy development and a required 30-minute fitness session, (distance running, strength training, etc.)
For advanced players in all age divisions 12-18's, qualified at least at a Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) of 4.0 and above to ensure that we have players and families that are committed to the rigors/travels/costs/travails of regular statewide tournament competition. This program emphasizes advanced technical training, strategic development, and competitive play.
